In order to enhance team cohesion and promote communication and collaboration among employees, DDWDISPLAY organized all employees to go to Zhongshan City for a two-day team-building activity from February 28 to March 1, 2025. The theme of this activity is "Unite our hearts and minds, and walk hand in hand". Through a rich itinerary, everyone can feel the warmth and growth in the natural scenery and teamwork.

 

Tourist Attractions: Sun Yat-sen's Former Residence

In the morning, all employees gathered at the designated location and took a bus to Zhongshan. Passing the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link, known as the "project of the century", the spectacular cross-sea bridge and the scenery of the Pearl River Estuary along the way amazed everyone. After arriving, the first stop was the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall. Outside the scenic area, the four golden characters "天下为公" were magnificent. The employees stopped here to take photos, feeling the spirit of the great man and starting a cultural immersion journey.

 

Expand team building games

At noon, the team tasted the Zhongshan specialty pigeon banquet. The golden and crispy pigeon was fragrant and juicy. Everyone chatted over the food in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The afternoon's team building brought the event to a climax. Through carefully designed projects such as "Brush Ma Liang", "Skyscraper" and "Extreme Dodgeball", team members broke through themselves in collaboration, and the tacit understanding doubled amid laughter and joy. At the end of the event, everyone said: "Not only did we gain happiness, but we also deeply realized the importance of trust and cooperation.

 

Bonfire Night

As night fell, the bonfire party kicked off under the starlight. The aroma of barbecue filled the air, music and dance intertwined, and the blazing bonfire illuminated every smiling face. Employees sat around and chatted, sharing their insights, and the warmth of the team quietly condensed in the night.

 

The next day, the team went to Wugui Mountain to start their mountaineering trip. The mountain path was gentle, with lush vegetation and exotic flowers and plants dotted along the way. After reaching the top, the panoramic view of Zhongshan was in full view. Next to the radio and television station transmitter, everyone took a group photo to record the pride of "seeing all the mountains from a glance". At lunch, authentic farm dishes added a rustic flavor to the trip.

In the afternoon, the team set off on the return journey with a sense of fulfillment and reluctance. Although the two-day event was short, it made every member feel the collective strength and warmth. As the leader of the event said: "What is adjusted is the itinerary, but the original intention remains unchanged. Every collaboration is the cornerstone of the team's progress.

This Zhongshan team-building activity not only allowed employees to relax, but also deepened mutual understanding and trust in the interaction. In the future, DDWDISPLAY will continue to use team building as a starting point to stimulate the potential of employees and inject more vitality into the development of the company.
